Submitting a Ticket
When in need of technical assistance, please submit a ticket. You can do this by sending a brief email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing your technical questions and/or concerns. You can reply to this email at any time (as long as the subject line remains unchanged) to update your ticket, make changes, submit additional information, or request a status update.
If you are unable to send an email, please call (860) 282-4200. You will be prompted to dial 1 to reach our Help Desk. If a technician does not answer immediately, please leave a brief voice message with your name, organization and a brief description of your issue. This will submit a ticket on your behalf.
